KOCHI: Traders under the aegis of Kerala Samsthana Vyapari Vyavasayi Samithi have decided to oppose the entry of foreign entities into the retail sector. They will take out a march to Parliament on November 23 to press the demand. Samithi general secretary A. T. Abdullakoya said here on Tuesday that about five crore traders would be adversely affected by the Government's decision to allow foreigners to enter the retail sector. The crisis in the agricultural and industrial sectors would be replicated in the retail sector also if foreign entities were allowed to exert their monopoly.
