Health camp for students

CHENNAI:
Engineering course students these days travel long distances to college and back, which means they have little time for anything else. Including taking care of their health.
Keeping this in mind, authorities at the Sakthi Mariannan Engineering College organised a master health check-up camp as part of its NSS activities earlier this month. A team from Sri Ramachandra Medical college and Research Institute conducted the camp. The camp was organised by Prof. Hemanath, the NSS program officer.
The students underwent tests for ENT, Skin, Ophthamology ailments, besides tests for blood pressure and dental problems.
They also received free medicines.
A seminar on "Clinical Psychology and Nutrition class" was also held.
