RTC package tours

VISAKHAPATNAM: Visakhapatnam Region of APSRTC is planning to operate special package tours, depending on the demand, to several Saiva pilgrim centres and picnic spots during Karteeka Masam, according to Regional Manager N. Venkateswara Rao here on Tuesday.

The tours would benefit pilgrims to visit Srisailam, Srikalahasti, Mahanandi, Pancharamams, Araku, Kailasagiri, Visakhapatnam city and other places. The tours would be operated from Visakhapatnam, Anakapalle and Narsipatnam.

From Visakhapatnam: Three-day tour to Srisailam, Srikalahasti and Tirupati, a two-day Pancharamams tour to Amaravathi, Bhimavaram, Palacole, Draksharamam and Samalkot, one-day tour to Srikakulam, Arasavilli, Srikurmam and Srimukhalingam, one-day tour to Borra caves, Araku Valley, Padmapuram Gardens, Tribal Museum and Chaparayi and a one-day tour to Punyagiri and Tatipudi.

From Anakapalle: One-day Visakha City Darshan which includes Zoo Park, Kailasagiri, RK Beach and Simhachalam, one-day tour to Borra Caves, Araku, Padmapuram Gardens, Tribal Museum and Chaparayi and a one-day Manya Darshini tour to Narsipatnam, KD Peta, Alluri Sitaramaraju Park and KD Peta waterfalls.

From Narsipatnam: Two-day Pancharamams tour to Amaravathi, Bhimavaram, Palacole, Draksharamam and Samalkot, three-day tour to Srisailam, Mahanandi and Vijayawada, two-day tour to Bhadrachalam and Parnasala, one-day tour to Paderu, Borra caves, Araku, Padmapuram Gardens, Tribal Museum and Chaparayi and one-day Visakha City Darshan tour which covers Zoo Park, Kailasagiri, RK Beach and Simhachalam.

A one-litre water bottle would be provided to each passenger on the package tour.
