The only difference would be that there would no provision for pension, he added.
Model villages
In the Indiramma programme, under which one third of villages in every district were being developed as model villages in the State, all basic needs and other facilities like drinking water, power, schools, health service, roads would be provided in the selected villages. Mr.Veerabrahmaiah, who is also Administrator for the RR package, said passbooks would also be issued to all PDFs and project-affected families (PAFs) to ensure transparency. These books would have four parts, family details, details of lands acquired and compensation and other benefits paid, particulars of benefits given under RR package and benefits from others like banks and other institutions. Presentation of these passbooks would also entitle them to special treatment for any other schemes, Mr.Veerabrahmaiah said while reviewing implementation of RR package and land acquisition at his chambers here. In the initial stage, displaced or affected families from the villages of Kollivalasa, Garlapadu, Parapuram and Gunabhdra would be rehabilitated.
