NALGONDA: Poosoju Venkateswarlu had reportedly made up his mind before he sent his family members to his in-laws house for the festival of lights. His wife and three children, who were waiting for him to join the celebrations, had to hear the news of his suicide. A small ryot, Venkateswarlu, 34, of Itukulapahad of Saligowraram mandal, had gone for cotton crop cultivation on his three-acre land. To get rid of pest, he borrowed Rs.1.5 lakhs. Sensing that it would not solve his problem, he reportedly consumed pesticide.
