National award for best B.E. project

HYDERABAD: The Civil Engineering students of Muffakham Jah College of Engineering and Technology bagged the national award for the best B.E Project.

The project titled `Synergic practices of engineering for sustainable development' was given National Institute of Technology (NIT), Kozhikode and Indian Society Engineering and Architecture for 2006 award.

The team of students received the award comprising a cash prize of Rs.2, 000, a medallion with a citation during the inaugural function of ninth annual convention of ISTE at Chikmagalur recently, according to principal Syed Bahauddin.
