Industrial motivation campaign

Puducherry: The Small Industries Service Institute (Chennai), attached to the Union Small Scale Industries Ministry, is holding a one-day `Industrial Motivation' campaign in association with the Indian Bank, the District Industries Centre, the National Small Industries Corporation and the Directorate of Industries and Commerce, Puducherry, on Friday.

A release from the Institute's Deputy Director (Electronics) J.R. Devadoss at Chennai on Wednesday said the campaign, which would be held at the Raman Tirumana Mahal at Thattanchavady (near Muruga Theatre) for four hours from 9.30 a.m., was to highlight the opportunities for starting industries and to provide guidance in getting financial assistance from the bank.

Candidates above 18 years, and who have passed X Standard who have identified any product or service with plans to set up their own industries will be eligible to participate in the campaign.
