L. Ganesh becomes Chairman of Rane Madras

CHENNAI: Rane Madras has informed the Bombay Stock Exchange that the board of directors of the company, at its meeting held on October 24, has elected L. Ganesh as Chairman of the company, as L. Lakshman expressed his desire to relinquish his position as Chairman. Mr. Lakshman, however, continues as a non-executive director on the board.
