Dena Bank net profit up 41.3 per cent in Q2

CHENNAI: Dena Bank has reported a total income of Rs. 607.57 crore for the quarter ended September 30, 2005 against Rs. 514.37 crore in the corresponding period in 2005. Interest income has risen to Rs. 526.49 crore from Rs. 430.90 crore. The net profit has increased to Rs. 68.75 crore from Rs. 48.64 crore. Deposits have risen to Rs. 25,165.49 crore from Rs. 22,128.57 crore and advances to Rs. 16,393.57 crore from Rs. 12,777.33 crore.
