Punj Lloyd acquires the Sembawang stake

CHENNAI : Engineering and construction major Punj Lloyd Ltd., through its wholly owned subsidiary Punj Lloyd Pvt. Ltd., has acquired the balance 12 per cent shareholding of Sembawang Engineers and Constructors (earlier known as Sembcorp Engineers and Constructors). This made Sembawang a wholly owned subsidiary of Punj Lloyd Pvt. Ltd., which had acquired 88 per cent stake in the company in June, press release said.
