Chennai: Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan (K.K. Nagar) won the boys' title of the CBSE Cluster V basketball tournament, beating Hindu School (Adyar) 64-54 here on Wednesday. PSBB (Nungambakkam) finished third, beating Bala Vidyamandir School, 43-33. Chettinad Vidyashram bagged the girls' honours, beating DAV School (Gopalapuram) 40-17. Mr. G.A. Rajkumar, IAS, Secretary, Youth Welfare and Sports Development, gave away the prizes. Other results (semifinals): Boys: PSBB (K.K. Nagar) bt PSB (Nungambakkam) 53-31; Hindu School (Adyar) bt Bala Vidya Mandir 33-16. Girls: DAV, Gopalapuram beat Vidya Mandir (Mylapore) 33-14.
