NEW DELHI: The Delhi High Court has ordered a vigilance inquiry by the High Court Registrar (Vigilance) into a complaint by a person accusing his lawyer of forging the signature of a dead man to file a contempt petition for non-compliance of a non-existent order. Justice Ravinder Bhat of the High Court directed the Registrar to submit a report to the Court within four weeks on completion of the inquiry.
