Yoga camp for police personnel

KADAPA: Regular practice of yoga will ease mental stress and drive away fatigue, Kadapa Superintendent of Police Y. Nagi Reddy said on Thursday.

At the inaugural of a yoga training camp for police personnel at the Police Parade Grounds here, he said the age-old yoga practice would promote mental and physical fitness.

Practising yoga would keep diabetes, joint pains, mental stress and constipation at bay.

Yoga techniques

Yoga instructor Lakshmi Narasimhulu taught the police personnel yoga techniques.

The yoga training camp will continue till October 31, he said.

Armed Reserve DSP K. Sekhar, reserve inspectors Veerabhadrudu and Muralidhar also participated.
