She wins Rs.5 lakh as scholarship

BHOPAL: A schoolgirl from Bhopal is the lucky winner of a scholarship of Rs. 5 lakh given by a detergent company.

During the last days of Ramzan, Sumbul Siddiqui, a third standard student, found a small box containing a piece of cloth in the detergent packet the family bought. She followed the instructions and found that it carried the "10/10" message for the lucky winner.

When her grandfather, A.A. Khan, a retired State Government officer, contacted the detergent company in Mumbai, he was told that his grand daughter had won the scholarship.

He said Sumbul was excited about winning it.
