Admission panel issues directive

Staff Reporter

THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Admission Supervisory Committee for Professional Colleges on Thursday directed the managements of private self-financing medical and dental colleges to issue transfer certificates (TC) to students/admit students who have received re-allotment of course/college from the Commissioner for Entrance Examinations (CEE) on October 24. The managements of such colleges have been asked to give a written reply to allegations that they did not give the TC or admit students who received re-allotment on October 24. The managements have been asked to appear before the committee and file the written statement at 11 a.m. on October 30 at the Ernakulam office of the committee.

The panel will conduct an inquiry into the matter.
