KARIMNAGAR: Former Zilla Parishad Chairman K.V. Rajeshwara Rao has said he will support the candidature of Jagtial legislator T. Jeevan Reddy for the byelections to the Karimnagar Parliamentary constituency. Mr. Rao, who was said to be in the race for the bypoll, on Thursday said that he would support Mr. Jeevan Reddy if the party allotted the ticket to him. At a press conference here, he reiterated that TRS president K. Chandrasekhar Rao had forged an alliance with the Congress after signing an agreement for the constitution of second SRC on Telangana. He charged Mr. Rao with making contradictory statements on the formation of Telangana. He said Telangana would be possible with national parties only. ZP Chairman A. Mohan, DCC president T. Santosh Kumar and others were present.
