Medical camp

TRR Charitable Trust in association with Lions Club International, Hyderabad, is organising an integrated health check-up and treatment camp on Friday at S.V. Degree College, Parigi. Spectacles and medicines will be given free of cost to the needy.

Physics conference

A two-day conference on physics curriculum (UG) is being organised on Friday and Saturday by the Department of Physics, Osmania University, for physics teachers working in Government, aided and unaided degree colleges under OU jurisdiction. Interested teachers can contact the Head, Department of Physics, OU, at 9 a.m on Friday.

Talk on journalism

Editor of DNA, English daily, Gautam Adhikari, will deliver the 7th Prof. S. Bashiruddin Memorial Lecture on `Evolution of Newspapers in 21st Century' at the Administrative Staff College of India, Bella Vista at 6 p.m. on Friday.

The lecture is organised by Prof. S. Bashiruddin Memorial Committee in association with the Osmania Journalism Alumni Association.
