Balasubramaniam, Managing Director of HBI, said here on Thursday. Mr. Balasubramaniam was speaking at the launch of the Elovac-B recombinant DNA Hepatitis-B vaccine manufactured by HBI. He said the proposed vaccine against rabies would be the first such vaccine in the world.
