Two BMP officers in Delhi to submit report on JNNURM

Bangalore: Two Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BMP) officials have gone to Delhi to submit to detailed project reports framed by BMP for projects to be taken up under Jawaharlal Nehru Urban Renewal Mission (JNNURM).

Engineers Shivshankar and Mruthyunjay of the BMP have left to meet officials at the Centre, said BMP Commissioner K. Jairaj on Wednesday. The BMP plans to take up several projects to the tune of Rs. 22,536 crore, including storm water remodelling and road widening among other projects.
