PUDUCHERRY: The Principal District and Sessions Judge M. Chinnapandi on Friday granted conditional bail to five of accused — Satheeshkumar (A1), Sakthivel (A2), Janarthanan alias Udhayan (A3), Kathiresan (A4) and Arumugam (motor vehicles inspector) (A8) — in the "fabricated RC book case". The accused have been directed to stay in Tiruchi and appear before Judicial Magistrate I daily. So far the police have arrested nine persons in the case.
