MMC (Mysore) triumphs

THRISSUR: MM College, Mysore won the women's title in the Sree Kerala Varma College Diamond Jubilee all-India inter-collegiate basketball tournament at the Sree Kerala Varma College floodlit stadium on Friday. In the final, MM College prevailed Mount Carmel, Bangalore 54-40.

MM College, Mysore 54 (Sneha 18, Kruthika 12, Rani 12) bt Mount Carmel, Bangalore 40 (Nisha 16).
