Man arrested, six two-wheelers recovered

BANGALORE: A special squad of the Ulsoor Gate sub-division arrested a person on charges of stealing two-wheelers and recovered from him six vehicles worth Rs. 3 lakh.

The accused used to sell the stolen vehicles after changing the registration number to `786,' which is in demand among members of a particular community, the police said. The name of the accused was given as Shameer (33), a resident of Gangondanahalli.
