THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: BJP State president P.S. Sreedharan Pillai has said the CPI(M) is trying to make political capital out of the Marad massacre and exploit the minorities. Addressing a press conference here on Friday, Mr. Pillai said the Government was trying to provide assistance to those involved in the massacre at Marad. He said the CPI(M) activists were behind the first massacre at Marad. Now, the plan was to provide them compensation on the ground of the retaliatory attack. The `Araya community' on the other hand had not received justice. Justice was being undermined, the BJP leader said.
