English medium from next year

HYDERABAD: English will be the medium of instruction for students of Class VI and above in 46 residential schools of the AP Residential Educational Institutions Society from the next academic year. Two schools were selected in each district, one each for boys and girls. A meeting of the society held under the chairmanship of the School Education Minister N. Rajyalakshmi decided to have only English medium in nine general category residential junior colleges.
