Ganegama, Chandana shine

Cuttack: Sri Lanka `A' paceman W.C.A. Ganegama and leg-spinner Upul Chandana claimed seven wickets between them as West Zone was bundled out for 149, here, on Saturday, the second day of the Duleep Trophy contest. Amol Muzumdar top-scored for West with 51 (107b, 6x4).

Sri Lanka `A,' which gained a 176-run first innings lead, was 83 for one in its second innings at stumps.

The scores: Sri Lanka `A' 325 & 83 for one in 28 overs (M.G. Vandort (38 batting), B.S.M. Warnapura (34 batting)) vs. West Zone 149 in 51.5 overs (Amol Muzumdar 51, P. Patel 38, W.C.A. Ganegama four for 47, U. Chandana three for 23).
