Bank offers new services in export, import

JAIPUR: The State Bank of Bikaner and Jaipur (SBBJ) launched a trade finance central processing centre (TFCPC) here on Saturday to provide world class services to its international trade customers engaged in export and import.

The centre will adopt international best practices and benchmark its time norms and working as per global standards, a spokesperson of the bank said.

The centre will carry out bills collection, negotiations, and opening of letters of credit, guarantees and will facilitate faster processing of all transactions and online transaction tracking.

The customers will have the facility to get the status of their bills in their e-mail, a facility that would be extended to all forex branches in Rajasthan. The customers will also be able to upload their requests at their end.
