Raj Television files DRHP with SEBI

CHENNAI: Raj Television Network has filed the draft Red Herring Prospectus with the Securities and Exchange Board of India to enter the capital market with its initial public offer of equity shares. The company proposes to offer 35.68 lakh equity shares of Rs. 10 each at a price to be decided through the book building process.
