COLOMBO: The proposed two-day visit of Foreign Secretary, Shiv Shankar Menon to Sri Lanka from November 1 has been postponed due to `scheduling problems.' According to diplomatic sources, new dates of the visit would be worked out soon. Indications are it would be a few weeks before Mr. Menon could visit the island nation.
