Special Correspondent

HYDERABAD: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Y. S. Rajasekhara Reddy has asked the Ministers to rush to the districts to ensure supply of relief material to the flood-affected families. At the Cabinet meeting here on Tuesday, the Chief Minister referred to the "untold misery" caused by the latest spell of rain.

Dr. Reddy wanted the Ministers to explain to the farmers the paradoxical situation of heavy rain on one hand and the power shortage on the other.
