`Spectrum being released for 3G Services'

NEW DELHI: The Union Government proposes to pass the Bill in the current session for providing assistance to mobile service operators from the USO Fund and enhance the spectrum availability to facilitate 3G services to have additional connections to expand the mobile base in rural areas, Minister of State for Telecom Shaqeel Ahmed indicated at a Telecom Summit here.
