KOZHIKODE: To mark the golden jubilee of the formation of the State, the northern region of the Kerala Postal Circle will release four picture postcards with distinctive features of the State. The postcards will be released at a function at the Calicut Head Post Office on Wednesday. The card will cost Rs.25. A special cover is being released on Wednesday at the Thiruvananthapuram General Post Office. Arrangements have been made to make available a limited number of cards to philatelists.
