NEW DELHI: Mr. H. A. Khan's Veer (Ramandeep astride) lifted the upper division of the Commissioner of Excise, Entertainment and Luxury Tax Cup, the feature event of races held here on Tuesday (Oct. 31). H. A. Khan also trains the winner.
