HYDERABAD: A motorcyclist was killed and his two friends riding pillion sustained injuries when they rammed into an oncoming lorry at Vanasthalipuram on Tuesday. Death was instant for bike rider J. Sandeep, 21. His friends Ajit Kumar and Sai Kumar, admitted to a private hospital, were out of danger, said the doctors. The three youngsters were second year engineering students and going from Kothapet to the Raja Mahindra Engineering College at Ibrahimpatnam around 9 a.m. when the accident occurred. "The bike overtook a car and hit the oncoming lorry," a head constable of Ibrahimpatnam police station and an eyewitness to the accident said. Sandeep hailed from Chinna Madharam village of Nalgonda district.
