`Judiciary on the path of modernisation'

Kochi: The former Supreme Court Judge Gopi Chand Bharuka has said that the Indian judiciary was on the path of modernisation.

Speaking on the concluding session of the law lecture series organised as part of the Golden Jubilee celebrations of the High Court, the former Judge said the modernisation of judiciary would enable delivery of speedy, cost effective and qualitative justice.
