Sun TV to turn pay channel

Mumbai: South India-based television broadcaster Sun TV said its flagship channel will become a pay channel from December 2.

Cable operators will have to pay Rs. 12 a month per subscriber to access the channel, the company said in a statement filed on the Bombay Stock Exchange.

Shares of the company were trading at Rs. 1,235 on the BSE. — PTI
