Apollo doctors chargesheeted

New Delhi: The Delhi Police on Wednesday filed a chargesheet in a city court accusing the Apollo Hospital management and its six doctors of allegedly misleading the investigation into the alleged drug abuse by Rahul Mahajan.

The chargesheet alleged that the doctors and the management "deliberately gave false information regarding the toxicity of Mr. Mahajan," son of Bharatiya Janata Party leader Pramod Mahajan.

The doctors chargesheeted are Anupam Sibal, Mukund Pandey, Abha Gupta, Prasad Rao, Avdesh Bansal and Ali Mohammad Gani. — PTI
