Consultation paper on NIXI

NEW DELHI: The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India has come out with a consultation paper on `Improvement in the effectiveness of National Internet Exchange of India (NIXI)'. The regulator has asked stakeholders to send their comments on the various issues mentioned in the consultation paper, which is available on www.trai.gov.in by November 15.
