SHIMLA: In a belated decision, the Himachal Pradesh Government has suspended controversial IPS officer B.S. Thind. Mr. Thind, who was Additional Director-General of Himachal Police (Law and Order and CID), was arrested by the Central Bureau of Investigation in Chandigarh on October 27 on charges of cheating and forgery in various land cases.
