Poll registration staff to visit offices

Enlisting of graduate voters for council

HYDERABAD: Electoral Registration Officer Sanjay Jaju has announced that the electoral registration staff will be visiting cluster of offices, both private and Government, for receiving applications for enlisting as graduate voters for the forthcoming polls to the Legislative Council's Graduate constituency.

Mr. Jaju said the decision was taken following a representation made by the Coordination Committee of Government Employees and Workers that the employees were finding it difficult to get themselves enrolled as graduate voters for the constituency spanning across Hyderabad, Ranga Reddy and Mahabubnagar districts.

The new counters will start functioning on November 2 & 3 and therefore, he requested the officers and staff of all Government and private organisations to avail the facility. Similarly, he also urged all teachers to get registered for teachers' constituency.

Submission of forms

Forms can be collected and submitted at all MCH offices and surrounding municipality offices, RDOs, MROs, MEOs & MDOs of the three districts. They can also be downloaded from www.ceoandhra.nic.in & www.ourmch.com.
