Four persons killed in road accidents

HYDERABAD:
Four persons died in road accidents in the city during the past two days.
A motorcyclist, Krishna Goud, 40, died on the spot while his 16-year-old son, sustained serious injuries when a speeding car hit their bike from behind near Sagar complex bus stop in Vanasthalipuram on Monday. The victim was a resident of Kakatiyanagar in L.B. Nagar.
M. Pentamma, 70, died on Tuesday night when an auto-rickshaw hit her while she was walking on the road near `six number' bus-stop of Amberpet.
A resident of Ramanthapur, the victim was going to her relative's house when the accident occurred.
A tailor, Syed Wajid, 45, died while his friend Mohd. Izaz sustained injuries when the scooter they were travelling on skidnear HV colony of Bahadurpura on Tuesday night. The injured person was shifted to the Osmania General Hospital.
A lorry knocked down a scooter, leaving its rider Md. Sadiq, 20, dead and the person sitting on pillion Md. Asghar injured at Shaheennagar in Pahadisharieff on Tuesday.
