Kalyani group in pact with ST Kinetics

MUMBAI: BF Utilities, a member of the Kalyani group, on Thursday signed a joint venture agreement with Singapore Technologies Kinetics Ltd (ST Kinetics), Singapore. The Kalyani group will hold a majority stake in the joint venture which will undertake design, engineering and manufacture of high technology and critical systems for the Indian defence market.
