Varsity signs MoU with CSIO

VELLORE: The VIT University has recently signed a Memorandum of Understanding with the Central Scientific Instrumentation Organisation, a Chandigarh-based laboratory under the Centre for Scientific and Industrial Research. The MoU facilitates the students and faculty members from the university to work at this national facility for their M. Tech projects and Ph.D. programmes, especially in the fields of Biomedical Engineering, Optical Instrumentation and Bimolecular Electronics.

This process of MoU was facilitated by Lazar Mathew, Dean, School of Bioengineering and Biosciences, a member of the research council of the CSIO, said a VIT varsityrelease.
