Reliance retail store opened

HYDERABAD: An Ayurveda practitioner and resident of MLA Colony in Banjara Hills, T. Pratibha Rao inaugurated the first of a chain of pilot stores of Reliance Retail here. It is part of a Rs. 25,000 crore initiative from Reliance Industries Limited. Each of 10 other stores too were thrown open by specially-invited locals / customers. The other locations include Balkampet, S.R. Nagar, Tolichowki, Yousufguda, R.K. Puram, Anand Bagh, Vivekananda Nagar, Malkajgiri, Chirag Ali Lane and Ramanthapur.

The prices are: a kilo of cauliflower costs Rs. 8.60, carrots Rs. 13.10, bottle gourd Rs. 9.90, raw mangoes Rs. 10, ladies finger Rs. 11,10, chillies Rs. 8.80 and cabbage Rs. 7.70. The stores will be open between 8 a.m. and 9 p.m. throughout the week.
