Luxury in `The Neighbourhood'

HYDERABAD: Koncept Ambience Group has launched a new project `The Neighbourhood' at Gundlapochampally on the Medchal road. The project will be spread over 50 acres around 12 kilometres from Paradise circle.

"It will have 290 homes and 450 condominiums in the price range of Rs.30 lakhs to Rs.80 lakhs," group chairman M.P. Aggarwal said on Friday. It offers individual units measuring between 2,300 and 3,200 sq.ft.
