Venture of PTC Builders to be inaugurated

Thiruvananthparam: The key handing over ceremony of the Lavender Gardens villas and apartments of the PTC Builders will be performed by noted playback singer K.S. Chithra at Mannanthala here on Sunday. Biju Jacob, MD, PTC Builders who announced this here on Saturday said the first phase of the project consisted of 12 villa homes.

They have been constructed using in Kerala style architecture.

Common waste treatment plant

There is a common biogas treatment plant for eco-friendly waste disposal. There is also groundwater storage and purification system for rainwater harvesting.
