Charges framed

Chandigarh: A local court on Saturday framed charges against Akali Dal MLA Gaganjit Singh Barnala in a rape case, in which he was granted bail. Additional Sessions Judge Ravi Kumar Sondhi framed the charges against Gaganjit Singh, son of Tamil Nadu Governor Surjit Singh Barnala, and fixed the next date of hearing on December 15. — PTI
