HUBLI: The district administration has changed the venue of "Dharwad Zilla Utsav" which is being held after seven years. In a press release issued here on Saturday, Deputy Commissioner M.S. Srikar said now the inaugural function of the "utsav" and cultural programmes would be held at Karnatak Arts College in Dharwad. According to the earlier schedule, the function was to be held at R.N. Shetty Stadium in Dharwad.
