Anupal wins girls' 40kg event

CHENNAI: Anupal of Haryana won the girls' 40 kg event in the 14-17 age-group category on the second and penultimate day of the National junior judo championship, organised by the Tamil Nadu Judo Associationhere on Saturday.

The results:

Winners only: Boys: 17-20: 73 kg: Balbir Singh (Har). Girls: 14-17: 40 Kg: Anupal (Har); 17-20: 63 Kg: Priyanka (Chan); above 63 Kg: Devishree (Kar).
