Two-day seminar

Centre for Development of Information Technology (C-DAC) is organising a two-day India ASEAN seminar on e-learning and e-learning technologies starting Monday at 9 a.m. The seminar will be held at Residency Hall, Hotel Green Park.

New FM station

The Sun Network's 93.5 S FM is the latest Frequency Modulation (FM) radio station to join the list of FM radio stations operating in the city. The station would go on air on Monday. It will offer Telugu and Hindi language contemporary hits, said a press release.

Painting contest

The B.M. Birla Science Centre is organising the annual children's painting competition at its premises in Adarshnagar on Sunday. The competition being organised to commemorate the birth anniversary of B.M. Birla will start at 9 a.m. and is open to school children in the age group of six to 12 years, according to a release.

Training camp of Hajis

The seventh training camp for confirmed Haj pilgrims selected in the draw of lots will be held at Jama Masjid Quadria First Lancer here on Sunday from 10.30 a.m. to 5 p.m.

All the intending Haj pilgrims should attend the camp positively, according to a release from State Haj Committee. For more details, contact Ph.No.23298793.

SCR Vigilance Awareness Week

The South Central Railway will observe `Vigilance Awareness Week' from November 6 to 10 by conducting various programmes at the headquarters and in the divisions.

The programmes include administering a pledge on November 6 and holding of seminars.

Skits emphasising on the importance of probity and vigilance-related topics will be presented, according to a press release.
