City Square enters Chennai market

CHENNAI: City Square Enterprises, a property development company that has promoted gated communities in Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore, Hyderabad and Coimbatore, is now developing two gated communities in Chennai - NRI's First City and NRI's Nest. NRI's First City, located ahead of Sriperumbudur at Mannur, is spread over 63 acres with 750 approved housing plots of 2,400 sq. ft and 1,800 sq.ft. The NRI's Nest involves development of 10 acres into 107 well-laid townships. The property is located near Thirumazhisai on the Chennai-Thiruvallur Highway.
